Anna Graeme the daughter of Black Pâté, she was a most bewitching lady of great spirit.
"This lady was of admirable beauty, high mettle, great and strict virtue, wise, frugal and religious; she kept her family affairs in great and good order all the days of her life, and was a mighty support to her husband in all his misfortunes.."
This is a varied edition of 15.
Mix media of linocut and screenprint.
20:20 Print Exchange is a great opportunity that is run by Hot Bed Press Printmaker's Studio in Salford.
The members of printmaking workshops across the UK are asked to produced an edition of 25 prints, which they submit to the exchange.
The size must be 20 cm x 20 cm only!
The part that I love is that I will receive a portfolio of 20 random prints from other artists and of course, my print will join the Print Exchange exhibition.
A collaboration with Anna Kuvarzina. We were commissioned by Olive Loves Alfie - the Independent lifestyle store on Stoke Newington Church Street to create a temporary Halloween Window Display.
Inspired by the classical fairytale narratives and the pop-up books sold at Olive Loves Alfie store we decided to use the media of paper cut-outs.
In the magic forest of the window lives the hypnotic owl, the mysterious full moon and Marimekko-inspired cautious wolf.
